Shipping ways and costs
Shipping cost is free for all purchases over $ 800, regardless of the number of items the customer has purchased. If the ordered products, for reasons of force majeure, are not available in stock, we will contact the customer.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders for these days are dispatched on the first business day following the day of purchase.
The delivery schedule of the contracted shipping company will depend on it, for deliveries in Montevideo the delivery schedule will be selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
Return, exchanges and warranty
The deadlines for generating exchanges and returns begin to run from the day of purchase and can be made during the 30 calendar days.
Exchanges of products purchased through www.laisla.com.uy can be made at any LA ISLA location (www.laisla.com.uy/locales) by presenting, in an essential way, the purchase invoice or change ticket. - If the product requires a change due to breakdown (failure in its preparation), the cost of the return and re-shipment are run by www.laisla.com.uy.
- If the product requires an exchange due to customer errors in the product selection process (example: color, size, model), the cost of the return and resend is borne by the customer.
For returns, it is necessary that the products show no use. These must be in perfect condition, with original labels, accessories and packaging. Changes will not be accepted without the corresponding invoice or change ticket.
