GORONTALO CITY, Kominfo – Gorontalo Governor Rusli Habibie was offended by Social Minister Tri Rismaharini emotionally and pointed at his citizens during a visit, Thursday (30/9/2021). The Minister of Social’s action was recorded and went viral on various social media.
Governor Rusli assessed that Social Minister Risma’s attitude was inappropriate. Apart from being a mother, Risma with the rank of minister has set a bad example of how a state official behaves.
“When I saw the video, I was very concerned. I do not predict a minister, social anymore, treat like that. A bad example,” Rusli opened when interviewed by reporters after attending the Community Satisfaction Index Survey on Government Performance at the Maqna Hotel, Friday (1/10/2021).
Rusli reminded Risma to maintain an attitude in front of the people, especially when visiting people’s villages. Pointing and scolding a PKH facilitator emotionally saddens Rusli’s heart.
“We have to protect the rank and position. There is no meaning to this rank we all leave. Even if he is wrong, it will be corrected, in public again,” he continued.
Regarding Risma’s angry actions, Governor Rusli received recent information. At that time the Minister of Social Affairs together with the provincial and district governments were conducting data matching. At the same time, Governor Rusli was accompanying Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto to Boalemo Regency.
One of the PKH assistants appointed by Risma explained that there were residents who were registered but the balance was never filled again. This allegedly made the former mayor of Surabaya angry.
“The PKH assistant conveyed to the minister that the names of these names were empty because the information had been crossed out. That’s what makes his blood rise, “explained Rusli.
“It’s okay to be emotional but don’t act like that, please. That’s my employee even though he’s a lowly employee but human too. I am a STKS alumnus, in the 80’s I knew Minister Nani Soedarsono, the Director Generals but no one had that attitude. I’m offended, I don’t accept it,” he snapped.
In particular, Governor Rusli asked President Jokowi to evaluate Risma’s attitude, which on many occasions is always emotional. Moreover, the action has gone viral and has made Gorontalo residents excited.
“Please, while the President can also watch it on Youtube, everywhere because it’s already noisy. Commemorating his staff for being like that.”
