The city of Bend, Oregon, ‍is facing an⁣ unexpected⁣ holiday ⁢expense ⁤after a recent ‌wave of festive ‌vandalism. Someone adorned several public art sculptures with googly eyes, resulting in a ‌$1,500 cleanup bill for​ the city.
