Google Launches Gemini, the New Global Artificial Intelligence App with Multilingual Support

Washington – Oman

Google announced the availability of its new artificial intelligence application, Gemini, on a global scale, after its launch a few days ago in the United States of America.

The application is now available in many countries in South America, Asia, Africa and Canada, according to Jack Kroaczyk, product manager at Google.

Users can rely on the application to enter text or voice commands or use images, and the application will respond based on those commands based on the artificial intelligence model, which supports more than 40 languages at the present time, including Arabic.

The application allows the generation of ideas and images, and it can replace Google’s personal assistant, but it does not currently support executing commands within the system such as changing settings, setting the alarm, or controlling home appliances.

Users can download the Gemini application from the Google Play Store as a standalone application for devices running the Android operating system, or the App Store for iPhone or iPad devices as part of the Google application for free.

With regard to devices running the Android system, users can download the application from outside the Google Play Store through one of the external stores if it is not available in the country in which the user resides.

Gemini is expected to become the default artificial intelligence assistant in Android, but Google is still working to fix the problems reported by users before adding new features on a large scale.
