The well-known singer became the protagonist of some confessions during the course of a recent interview he gave. Here’s what he said

During his many years of career in the entertainment world, the sixty-six-year-old Tuscan has also participated in several TV broadcast. His is in fact a very well-known face even to viewers, who, for example, last year saw him at work as a columnist for the fifth edition of the Big Brother Vip.
Thanks to his sympathy he was chosen by the landlord of the Mediaset reality show Alfonso Signorini. The latter, alongside Pupo, chose for the occasion Antonella Elia. However, the pair of commentators did not particularly convince, which is why the director of “Chi” this year replaced them both, putting Adriana Volpe and Sonia Bruganelli in their places.
Pupo, the singer announces his farewell to TV
In a recent exclusive interview granted to the Corriere, the artist stated that he had decided to abandon television. The singer’s fans will certainly not be happy with his words, who will rather have felt immense pain for the announcement by Enzo.
“I have decided to suspend my television appearances. In this TV I find myself very little. Many go there to appear saying banalities. She has become too cannibal, too self-contained, self-referential. If I go on TV I must have something interesting to tell. What TV pays for doesn’t change my life. I am not interested in increasing my popularity ”, declared Pupo who in this way bade farewell to modern television in which it is no longer reflected.
After a further note, however, the sixty-six-year-old has reopened a small one chink for the future, but only under its precise conditions: “These theaters with legendary artists such as Bobby Solo or Fausto Leali are useful only for the program and little or nothing for those who participate. Therefore no TV unless it is a TV show that is stimulating and enjoyable. But for now it doesn’t speak “.
From the artist’s phrases, we therefore learn that, should he be offered to lead a program that is stimulating for him, he might even think about accepting. For the moment, however, no such occasions are expected, therefore unfortunately in the near future we will no longer see it on the small screen, with great regret of all his supporters.
