The journalist Omar Rabie Yassin revealed the details of Zamalek’s negotiations with Tunisian Ferjani Sassi, the midfielder of the team, and the renewal of his contract with him.
Omar said in statements on the “Number One” program on Al-Nahar TV that Zamalek had received 5 million pounds from the Ministry of Sports, along with another sum in the club’s treasury, and the two amounts were merged and allocated to renew Ferjani’s contract.
He pointed out that Tariq Hashish, the financial director of Zamalek, and Ibrahim Abdullah, a member of the Executive Committee, will hold a session with Muhannad Aoun, Ferjani’s agent, in the coming hours to agree on all the details and give the player a check for the value of the contracting provider, provided that he receives post-paid checks with the rest of his installments.
He explained that if the player did not renew Zamalek and the agreement with Al-Duhail, Qatar, failed, he would join the ranks of Pyramids.
