Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: The Supreme Surrender and Inheritance Committee of Qatar announced the implementation of a new feature for the Haya card, which allows fans from all over the world to enter Qatar, to enjoy the atmosphere of the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, starting today, December 2, without the need to get tickets for the tournament matches.
Fans will only need to confirm their place of residence and pay an application fee of 500 Qatari riyals without the need to purchase match tickets. Children aged 12 and under are exempt from this fee and cannot be refunded in case of purchase of tickets for the matches following the issuance of the card, as the quotas are valid only for those who do not own the ticket When requesting the Haya card.

The Qatar Supreme Committee has indicated that ticket holders for matches after December 2 will not be required to pay the 500 Qatari riyal entry fee, and fans who pay the 500 Qatari riyal entry fee and subsequently purchase match tickets will not be able to refund the entry fee.
Fans will receive a Qatar entry permit via email, after paying the entry fee and confirming their place of residence.
Fans are advised not to travel until they have completed the procedure for obtaining a Haya card, as they will not be able to board flights without an entry permit, and fans arriving by land via the Abu Samra border crossing must obtain a card Haya to enter.
