jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Member of Commission II DPR RI Hugua ensures the welfare of government employees with a work agreement (PPPK) is equivalent to civil servants.
Equalization of the level of welfare of PPPK and civil servant it will be strengthened in the Law on State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
With the welfare of the two types of ASN being equal, Hugua asked that honorary K2 and non-category workers should not hesitate to become PPPK.
“You don’t have to insist on being a civil servant. PPPK is also an ASN,” Hugua told JPNN.com, Wednesday (29/9).
He admitted that the 2019 PPPK selection process was a very long process.
However, now honorary K2 who have become PPPK can feel an increase in welfare.
On the other hand, according to the PDI-P politician, the honorary K2 who passed the 2019 PPPK were much luckier.
Because, Hugua continued, they did not experience competition in the 2021 PPPK selection.
