‘Buenos días, mamá’ arrives this Thursday, August 1 (10:45 p.m.) on Antena 3 as one of its big bets for this summer. And as the channel itself has explained, this fiction “has moved millions of viewers” around the world.
The plot of the Italian series takes place over several years, from 1995 to the present day, in 2013. Anna falls into a coma after an accident and, despite her delicate condition, the family decides that all her care will be provided at the family home. From her bed, treated with immense care and love by all the members of the family, Anna will shape the life of the Borghis.
But one day Agata, a young nurse, arrives at the house to take care of Anna and who arrives fleeing from a problematic past and also with the aim of discovering the truth about her mother, Maurizia, Anna’s friend who disappeared many years ago without a trace.
The series is set primarily in the Borghi family residence, a majestic house situated on the shores of Lake Bracciano.

She has been in a coma for several years. Guido’s wife and mother of their four children. They all adore her and take great care of her. They tell her about their lives, their problems and keep her up to date with everything that happens to them, with all their feelings.

Anna’s husband and madly in love with her. Teacher and director of the local school.
Francesca Borghi (Elena Funari)
She is the eldest daughter and is forced to always stay in the background in order to take care of her siblings. She is engaged to Piggi, a pharmacist from a good family.
Jacopo Borghi (Matthew Oscar Giuggioli)
He is the second son in the family and a rather rebellious teenager. He has a very close bond with his mother and feels guilty for not being able to help her when she fell into a coma.
Sun Villages (Ginevra Francesconi)
She is the third daughter of the couple, a brilliant girl, and Guido’s favourite. Very mature for her age, she will maintain a close relationship with her mother’s new nurse, Agata.
Michelino Borgui (Marco Valerio Bartocci)
The youngest of the Borghi brothers is a sweet, tender, lively and mature child who always manages to bring a smile to everyone’s face.

Agata is Anna’s new nurse. She is the daughter of Maurizia, Anna’s best friend, and at first she arrives at the Borghi house with the sole purpose of discovering the truth about her mother, who mysteriously disappeared 15 years earlier.
Although she came for a very specific reason, little by little she will grow fond of the boys and especially of Sole. There she will finally find the family she never had, and she will learn to love and be loved.
