Good figures from Sparkasse Oberhessen

Donations: Last year the Sparkasse sponsored 963 projects of non-profit associations and institutions in the Wetterau and Vogelsberg districts with 506,000 euros. Customers are now advised via video conferences and over 250,000 telephone calls (ten percent more than in 2019). 27 employees can also be reached on weekdays in the advice center via a Sparkasse app, chats and WhatsApp.

Online banking: Two thirds of the approximately 200,000 Sparkasse private customers and 90 percent of the 12,000 corporate customers now do their financial transactions from home using their computers. Last year they went 727,405 times less to ATMs than in 2019 and used the Sparkassen giro card 570,000 times last July – twice as often as in July 2019.
