Nine players hailing from Gonda district have brought glory to the district in the Uttar Pradesh Third Ranking Table Tennis Competition held in Kanpur. Ayush Kumar Singh Drew of Gonda district got silver medal in this competition held from 14th October to 16th October.

Whereas Harshvardhan Pandey, Raunak Raj, Arthav Pandey, Ujjwal Raitani, Mohammad Uzair, Mohammad Arham, Mohit Jaiswal have got bronze medals. Players reached Gonda after making the district proud in Uttar Pradesh Tritiya Ranking Table Tennis Competition. All the players were warmly welcomed by Dr. Pratyush Raj, Secretary, Table Tennis Association, Gonda.
Along with this, players were honored with medals and citations for their excellent and good performance. Meanwhile, Secretary of Gonda Table Tennis Association, Dr. Pratyush Raj said that for the first time, the players of Gonda have got the opportunity to play table tennis on such a big platform and by performing brilliantly, these players have brought glory to Gonda.
