The Goloseevsky court of Kyiv chose a measure of restraint for the suspects in the case of a closed shelter in a polyclinic, near which three people died on the night of June 1 in the Desnyansky district of the capital.

Details: The first suspect in the case is the head of the polyclinic, Oleg Shugalevich. Prosecutors demanded round-the-clock house arrest. The lawyer objected and asked to be limited to night house arrest.
According to the defender, there is no fault of the head of the polyclinic, since he is not responsible for access to shelters, but the security guard of the institution.
He was given 24/7 house arrest.
The second suspect is Vasily Desik, Deputy Director for Technical Affairs. His court also left round the clock house arrest in 2nd place.
The court sent the guard of the polyclinic in the Desnyansky district into custody for two months without the right to make a deposit.
He admitted his guilt: he said that “after the start of the alarm, he went to open the doors of the polyclinic to let people in, but did not have time.”
Updated: The first deputy of the Desnyanskaya Regional State Administration was also sent under round the clock house arrest.
