“Golos”: Fraud in Russia’s constitutional referendum – Abroad – News

The organization said tens of millions of voters did not have the opportunity to vote in neutral seats, and many had to vote in companies and institutions, effectively subjecting them to the control of their leadership.

Preliminary results show that a majority of participants have supported constitutional amendments that will allow President Vladimir Putin to run for two more terms as head of state and remain in power until 2036.
