Golkar Party Vice Chairman Ahmad Doli Kurnia responded to the PDIP Secretary General’s statement Hasto Kristiyanto who said he communicated with the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) camp regarding pressure from power ahead of the 2024 elections. Doli invited Hasto to end his actions of mutual accusations.
“That’s it, I mean we look after each other, we don’t need to look after each other, we don’t need to accuse each other, this is how it will end up pointing like this. One to the front, four to the inside, that’s how it is,” said Doli at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta. , Monday (20/11/2023).
Doli said Hasto It is best not to convey statements that invite slander. He also brought up the alleged integrity pact of Acting Regent of Sorong Yan Piet to win Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 elections.
“That’s why I think, we shouldn’t make what are called inviting statements, one is slander, secondly, as if we are not, the other is yes. Something like that. We also have evidence, just look at the incident in Sorong, OK? “Right, whose partner is that, really our partner? Right or not,” said Doli.
“So what this means is that we all have to be committed to guarding it, just taking care of each of us, we issued a statement committing ourselves so that we guard this election,” he said.
Doli invited all election participants to compete healthily. He said the vision and mission debate was more interesting than accusing each other.
“So before we get the impression, let’s compete together in a healthy manner, then I have told the people many times how we convey the message of our vision for the next 5 years, what kind of programs we offer. That is more interesting to discuss and debate. instead of accusing people, we do it too. Right?” he said.
Previously, Hasto spoke about indications of pressure received by PDIP and the Ganjar-Mahfud pair not only in the form of removing billboards. Hasto said PDIP was also building communication with the AMIN pair regarding indications of pressure ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
“Oh, yes, quite a lot. There’s also the same thing, we agreed with AMIN too, the use of a legal instrument, the use of an instrument of power. In this context we also built communication with AMIN because we felt the same way so this is what we then straightened out so that “democracy is in its corridors, democracy is in the people who make decisions, not in the elite and a narrative must be built for the future,” said Hasto to journalists at the Sari Pacific Hotel, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday (18/11).
However, both Anies and Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) denied the existence of this communication. Anies emphasized that whatever the pressure was, AMIN had passed it.
