The words of praise and tributes to Ludvig Åberg are pouring in from all sides and corners after the 24-year-old from Eslöv came second in his major debut at Augusta National.
SVT’s golf expert Jesper Parnevik doesn’t mince his words after Åberg’s effort either and believes that the Swedish fans can expect blue-yellow top excitement in many major competitions in the future.

– He has not only shocked us Swedes, but he has shocked the whole world with what he has done in the last year. Ludvig has proven to all of us that he can do the impossible, so already this year we can have a major from Ludvig Åberg.
With second place in The Masters, Åberg climbs two places in the world ranking, from ninth to seventh.
