Deprived of Steph Curry until the end of the regular season, the Warriors reversed the Jazz (111-107). Yet led by 21 points by Utah, Golden State scored six consecutive 3-point baskets in the last quarter, a devastating 18-0 that plunged its opponent a little more into crisis. Klay Thompson (36 points) and Jordan Poole (31 points) were the great artisans of Californian success. In the East, Kevin Durant’s 55 points were not enough to overcome Atlanta (122-115). Despite its superstar’s career record, Brooklyn fell to the Trae Young Hawks who scored 9 of his 36 points in the final minute. The Nets could find Miami in the play-offs if successful in the play-ins, the Heat perfectly controlled the Lavine-DeRozan duo, 59 points between them, to win against Chicago (127-109).
