A draft published on the website of the Council of Ministers shows that the Minister of Finance Asen Vassilev proposes raising the concession fees for extraction of copper and gold. According to the document, signed by Bacilev and the energy minister Alexander Hikalov, it offers a minimum limit of 6% of the salary, which is 4 to 4%.

According to Bacilev, the state does not receive enough income from the big investors, who earn money for the underground riches. The topic was opened by the Vice Prime Minister until the official Minister.

The project envisages the lifting of the concession fees for other underground resources, landfills and not so much. For oil and gas production, the percentage of the concessionary compensation will also be doubled, as much as is expected to be for extraction.
