The man died during the filming, although the exact causes of his death are not yet known. TMZ nevertheless explains that Jesse Goins fell, totally unconscious during the recording, while he was cleaning the gold in the room. Despite attempts to revive him, the 60-year-old was pronounced dead. He could have had a severe heart attack.
The team of the show paid him a vibrant tribute through a poignant message. “I’m really lost with words right now. We have lost the man I trusted for my future and that of my child. Jesse Goins was the kindest soul you could ever meet. Jesse would give up his meal for the man next to him who wasn’t so hungry. It was that man. He was a friend and brother to me.
