The price of gold stabilized today, Friday, in Egypt by the end of trading, according to what Naguib Naguib, former Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy.

14 karat gold prices recorded at 2433 pounds per gram.
The price of 18 karat gold was about 3129 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 carat gold reached 3,650 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 carat gold reached about 4171 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound reached about 29,200 pounds, and the price may vary from one merchant to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.
Gold price globally
The price of gold globally fell to about $1,997 per ounce (an ounce is equivalent to about 31.1 grams of 24 karat), down 0.37% today, Friday, according to Bloomberg data.
