The price of gold fell today in Egypt again in the evening by about 15 pounds after the announcement of the Ras El Hekma project deal in partnership between Egypt and the Emirates, and the price of the dollar declined in the parallel market.
The price of gold fell by about 150 pounds after the deal was announced, with the price of the dollar in the parallel market in Egypt falling to less than 60 pounds to the dollar after Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said, in a press conference today, Friday, that Egypt would receive dollar inflows worth $15 billion from it. Within a week, out of $35 billion in flows will enter within two months.
According to what Nadi Naguib, Secretary General of the Gold Division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy on Friday, the price of a gram of 21 carat gold recorded about 3,300 pounds during Friday evening trading, compared to 3,450 pounds in the middle of trading, before it fell again to 3,285 pounds per gram.

The price of 18 karat gold was about 2816 pounds per gram.
