Gold prices in Egypt are falling on Thursday’s transactions … the gram loses 13 pounds

Gold prices plunged in the Egyptian market, during today’s trading, Thursday, and the 21-carat gram price lost about 13 pounds at once, due to the decline in international prices.

Naguib Club, former general secretary of the gold division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, said that the price of a gram of 21 carat gold decreased during today’s dealings to 847 pounds per gram, compared to 860 pounds yesterday.

The price of a gram of 18 carat gold was about 726 pounds, and the price of a 24-carat gram was about 968 pounds, and the price of a pound of gold reached 6776 pounds.

According to Bloomberg Network data, global gold prices fell by 0.86% during today’s trading. The price of an ounce fell by about 16.82 dollars since the end of yesterday’s trading, recording the level of 1942.44 dollars at one o’clock in the afternoon Cairo time.
