Gold prices fell today, Saturday, at the local market, by 6 pounds per gram.
Club Naguib, Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a 21-gram gold price today was 745 pounds, compared to 751 pounds per gram yesterday.
The price of a gram of 18 carat gold fell today to 638.5 pounds, 24 carats to about 851 pounds, and the gold pound went to 5960 pounds.
Globally, gold prices closed yesterday’s trading at a decrease of 0.78%, compared to the beginning of trading.
Gold prices fell by $ 13.3 to $ 1702.7 an ounce.
Today and tomorrow is an official holiday on the global gold exchanges.
