Gold Futures Dip in Asian Session, Dollar Index Contracts Gain

© Reuters. Gold futures are lower during the Asian session Investing.com – fell during the Asian session on Wednesday.

As rated by Comex on the New York Mercantile Exchange, December traded at USD1,964.95 an ounce at time of writing, down by 0.01%.

It was previously trading on a session low of USD1,963.15 an ounce. It may find support at USD1915.50 and resistance at USD1965.50.

Dollar Index Contracts, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.05% to trade at USD103.53.

Meanwhile on Comex, September fell 0.44% to trade at USD24.68 a troy ounce while December fell 0.33% to trade at USD3.83 a pound.
