This Friday, October 9, 2020, to the day, their couple is celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. 50 years of union.

Gilette RALLOT, NATIO by her maiden name, was born on December 21, 1954 in Saint-Paul. She meets her future husband Alix RALLOT, born in Saint-Paul on November 16, 1947.
When they meet, he is then 19 years old and works as an electrician fitter in Saint-Denis. They grow up together in the same district of Grande Fontaine.
Through his sister, he sent her a love letter. Since then, they haven’t left each other …
The engagement was celebrated on October 26, 1969.
Then, the wedding took place at the town hall on October 9, 1970.
From their union were born 2 children, a boy, Davidson, and a girl, Donata. In turn, they extended the family with three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

When asked what is the mystery of the longevity of their relationship, they do not hesitate to answer with a smile “complicity and communication”.
