Gökdeniz Karadeniz had a mosque built in Russia

Gökdeniz Karadeniz, who played for Rubin Kazan for 11 years, had a mosque built in Kazan and said that he wanted President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to open it.

Speaking to Match TV in Russia, Gökdeniz said, “I lived in Kazan for 11 years, I had success. I wanted to have a mosque built. There are Muslims in the Kalinino region, but there was no mosque. The opening was postponed due to the pandemic. I want President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to open it, “This is my dream. When it will open, it is not clear yet,” he said.
