Gojek Service Experienced Disruption Tonight

UPDATE: Service Gojek observed to return to normal at around 20.05 WIB. The services in the Gojek application can be accessed again.

KOMPAS.com – Various services on the Gojek application were reported to be difficult to access on Thursday (8/10/2020) this evening.

Most users of the Gojek application admit that they cannot access the application, only displaying a white page.

Some users also said that the Gojek application cannot be opened because it constantly displays the display loading.

They conveyed these complaints through the Twitter social network, and it seems that they do not only come from users in Jakarta, but also Bandung and its surroundings.

Farid, a Gojek user in Bandung, confessed to KompasTekno was ordering food through the service GoFood, however the application error cannot communicate with the driver via the chat feature.

Not a few also complain that users cannot order food via the GoFood service. When accessed, the page that contains restaurant and food information is reported also cannot be loaded.

Sure enough, when KompasTekno trying to access Gojek, both Android and iOS versions, the list of restaurants on the GoFood menu is quite long to load and only displays a blank page.
