Although the project has been stopped at the political level, there are procedures that cannot be stopped. This is the purchase of easement rights, procedures initiated by 37 municipalities. The team is currently working on these issues, Gogov explained. The project will be under construction until the two shareholders decide that they are moving to another stage in the development of South Stream.
