JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Polda Metro Jaya arrested the driver of a GoCar, one of the services of the Gojek company, who was suspected of raping his passenger who was a nurse.
The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E Zulpan said that his party had conducted an examination of the perpetrator with the initials HS.
“The Metro Police have secured the driver and have checked it,” Zulpan told reporters on Sunday (12/19/2021), quoted from NTMC.
Meanwhile, from the results of the examination, the perpetrator denied the victim’s claim that the incident was rape.
However, said Zulpan, the perpetrator admitted that the intimate relationship was consensual.
“The results of the interim examination, he admits such an act. But it was done on a consensual basis, according to his confession,” he explained.
Furthermore, Zulpan said that the case had been transferred to the Bogor Police because the rape incident occurred in Bogor.

“Delegated to Bogor,” he said.
Meanwhile, Zulpan revealed, the rape case allegedly occurred on December 16 last. The perpetrator with the initials HS is suspected of raping the victim on the way from South Jakarta to Bogor.
