A biker woman committing an unsavory act when reprimanded by the police for not wearing a helmet. The woman pointing middle finger at the police.
The incident went viral on social media after an amateur video was caught. It is said that the incident occurred in traffic light Rebo Market, East Jakarta.
The Head of Traffic for the Pasar Rebo Police, AKP Gede Oka Sukamto, explained that the incident occurred on Monday (17/1/2022), at around 11.00 WIB. At that time AKP Oka was managing traffic jams due to a container truck accident.
“At that time, from the direction of Kampung Rambutan, at a red light, this woman casually rode a motorcycle without wearing a helmet. I was dealing with traffic jams at that time,” said Gede Oka Sukamto as reported by the Jakarta Post. Between, Monday (17/1).
Oka then reminded the biker woman to wear a helmet. But according to him, the woman seemed reluctant to wear a helmet on the grounds that the weather was hot.
“I approached and reprimanded him and advised him to wear a helmet, but he seemed to tease and provoke me to be angry,” said Oka.
Fortunately, Oka was not provoked to scold the woman riding the motorcycle for focusing on controlling the flow of traffic. The woman who rode the automatic motorcycle with the number B-6518-VTB then wore a helmet.
“I said that there was an accident on the road to Bogor near the Cijantung red light. I suggest wearing a helmet. The woman was forced to wear it while saying, I’ll wear this in front of you, I’ll take it off later,” said Oka.
