As the trend is growing, you may want to visit Mars. Well, that’s highly unlikely to happen unfortunately. However, it really shouldn’t spoil your mood too much as you can get a taste of what it’s like to be on Mars, at least what it looks like. NASA’s Mars Rover Perseverance captures the sounds made by dust devils. Well, we’re not kidding, and you can hear it here.
How could this happen? Coincidentally, the rover’s microphone was activated when a rotating tower of red dust streaked across the sky and recorded its sound.
So what is a dust devil? Dust devils are short-lived, but fluctuating whirlwinds of red dust particles in bursts of up to 25 miles per hour.
So what do dust devils sound like on Mars? Mars’ thin atmosphere makes these dust devils quieter, unlike the dust devils on Earth. When the dust devil crashes into the plow, the navigator’s camera snaps to it and shoots it the weather monitoring devices that collect data.
This dust devil is 400 feet tall, 80 feet wide, and moves at 16 feet per second. According to the scientists, fortunately the demon appeared within three minutes of that day when the rover’s microphone was turned on. Otherwise, there was absolutely no chance of him being caught.
These recordings help scientists study Martian winds, atmospheric turbulence and dust movement. The rock may contain microbes life This, in turn, helps scientists understand Joe Mars.

Perseverance has collected 18 samples that will be brought to Earth for further research. Helicopter Intelligence is also busy working there and has logged many of the flights longer than 3 minutes.
