“Germany’s Next Top Model” is slowly but surely entering the hot phase. But will it ever be exciting again after a supposed video glitch on the part of ProSieben?
Dortmund – mega breakdown or calculated PR? Fans of “Germany’s Next Top Model” are sure that ProSieben accidentally spoiled the rest of the current 16th season with a video. The supposed “Top 6” of this year’s season can be seen in it – at the moment there are still 17 models in the race. Among them is also “GNTM” candidate Elisa (20) from Dortmund.

GNTM: ProSieben removes supposed spoiler video – have the “Top 6” models been revealed?
The said video is on the casting show’s own Instagram account with presenter Heidi Klum (47). However, there it is no longer visible in the normal feed. ProSieben has apparently removed it from that one.
However, the video from the beginning of March can still be found under the so-called “Reels”. You can see the models Soulin (20) from Hamburg, Yasmin (19) from Braunschweig, Ashley (23) from Munich, Alex (23) and Romina (21) from Cologne and Dascha (20) from Solingen. They each present different clothes. “Which outfit do you like best?” The Instagram followers are asked.
Fans are sure why the broadcaster tried to hide the video. The theory goes that the six models are this year’s “Top 6” of “Germany’s Next Top Model”. That would be a massive spoiler that would remove the tension from a large part of the remaining GNTM episodes (all celebrity news on RUHR24.de).

The comments below the video are clear. “Now everyone knows who is in the final” or “Please don’t say that you just spoiled us?” Can be read underneath. For some fans, however, the video also provides a certain relief. “I didn’t want to be spoiled … but nice to know that Romina is still there.”
If the theory of the fans about the alleged GNTM spoiler actually comes true, that would not be good news for candidate Elisa from Dortmund. The 20-year-old amateur skier did not have to pack her bags after six episodes that have been broadcast so far. However, it does not appear in the video.
Whether the Dortmund woman survives the seventh episode can be followed by fans on Thursday evening (March 18) at 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben. It may then be possible to collect further evidence that the Instagram video is actually a spoiler breakdown of the station.

The seventh episode goes back to the 80s for the remaining models. Neon leggings, colorful gauntlets and teased XXL hairstyles are in the foreground. Heidi Klum’s “Meeedchen” have to shoot their own commercial. There are three products to choose from, one of which you need to promote. You have to think about the text for this yourself.

Although the 16th season of “Germany’s Next Top Model” was mainly produced in Germany, unlike usual, due to the corona pandemic, the ProSieben long-running hit ensures good ratings again this year. The six previous episodes secured the private broadcaster six times the day’s victory.
The latest GNTM episode from March 11th even gave ProSieben a market share of 18.8 percent in the advertising-relevant target group of 14 to 49 year olds. Will it stay that way despite the possible spoiler?
