GNR dispersed a gathering of between 50 and 60 people due to an illegal race on the A7, on Sunday night, in Seide, Famalicão, having identified 17 people, was announced today.
In a statement, GNR states that, “yesterday, at 11:40 pm, it dispersed a cluster of about 50 to 60 people and 20 vehicles, on the overpass of the A7, in Seide, Famalicão”.
“Following information about the gathering of people, the GNR quickly launched a police action, which culminated in the dispersion of people, who would have concentrated in the locality of Seide, to carry out an illegal race on the A7”, says a statement, adding that, “despite the rapid dispersal upon arrival of the patrol, it was still possible to identify 17 citizens”.
GNR warns that citizens should avoid concentrating in excess of the permitted limit.
