We have all happened to include in our shopping, for pleasure or convenience, some packs of packaged bread to prepare hamburgers and hot dogs. In a French study carried out last year, however, small traces of pesticides used to grow wheat in these products emerged.

The French study of packaged bread
To find out if there were residues of pesticides used for growing wheat, in 2021 the French magazine 60 million consumers he analyzed well 28 products of major brands distributed mostly in Franceincluding nine types of cereal sandwich buns, six bagel buns, three hot dog buns and and ten burger buns.
