Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – The people of Hesse expect gloomy prospects in the coming days. Sunday will be overcast and rainy in some areas, as the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach announced on Saturday. Thunderstorms cannot be ruled out in the afternoon and evening. In addition, a fresh southwesterly wind is blowing with strong gusts in some areas and stormy gusts in the mountains. The maximum temperatures are between 13 and 17 degrees. At night it cools down to 12 to 8 degrees and remains wet.
There is also a lot of rain at the start of the week on Monday. But it won’t be quite as windy anymore. According to meteorologists, temperatures will rise to 12 to 15 degrees during the day. The rain will initially ease over the course of the night on Tuesday.
