I do it because it is my passion and out of professional duty. but I don’t like playing in these conditions. The public always motivates me, even when the cheering is against. Passion without cheering is nothing. ” Obviously the nomination as the best player of the century flatters him: “It’s fantastic. I was also named among the best 11 ever in the Ballon d’Or. It’s an honor. The great thing is that I still enjoy myself, I always do the same things that I do. I did 20 years ago. And I have a fantastic life. ”

Ronaldo surpassed Messi and Salah in the 2001-2020 Best of the Century award list. “I don’t chase records, they chase me – said CR7 -. It’s great. Thanks to all the people who voted for me and thanks to my teammates, the clubs I played with, the national team, the my family and my friends. It’s an exceptional achievement, this gives me the motivation to continue my journey and I hope to be able to play for a few more years. ”
