With a Master League that had changes in terms of performance (such as football clubs losing prominence), the renewed Globant Emerald Team was the one who took the spear of the tournament and surprised everyone with a great level of play. Remaining with the top of the regular phase, ending with 17 wins and 5 losses, in the Playoffs they finished enhancing, only losing a single game between the three series. And it all led to a dominant level in the grand final against Savage Esports, who outperformed Apertura (where they ended up in the semifinals after losing to San Lorenzo), but once again failed to reach the cup.

The first two games had a similar development. Very moving, changing course from one side to the other. In both Savage started on the right foot and the tables were turned in a tag team fight that ended with Globant slaying all five rivals. In the first fight, that teamfight ended with Globant getting the Baron Nashor, but with Savage at a point from Dragon Soul (vital to be able to return to the game) it ended in a new fight in favor of the bears and re-matching the game. . In the second, they fought a lot in the Upper Lane, but some risky plays by Luis “Pan” Bonilla and a very good reading of the game by Globant’s jungler, Ignacio “Follow” Anderson, with Lee Sin ended up helping him. Jayce of Damien “Nate” Rea and with him push the game in favor of his team. But as the League of Legends is used to, when the teams are even, it is only a new teamfight that decides the match. And also in both it was decided in favor of Globant.
SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF THE FINAL
But in the third is the one that demonstrated the strength of Globant and why they are the champions. Follow was key in the victory, always being in the right moments, especially in his games as Lee Sin, and countering any Savage outburst. Together with the Santiago “Bardito” Martin support, they controlled the vision of the map and each ambush left the rival blind. Then, both Nate and the Central Carrilero, José “Plugo” Pérez Valdivieso, appeared in the key moments to lead the game during the first 20 minutes, and arriving late game, AD Carry Nicolás “Fix” Sayago, in the three games with Ezreal, it ended up being a nightmare for a Savage who ended up confused and with no ideas to turn the final around.
