Al-Qusayr emphasized during the seminar that was held with “Zoom” technology on the Internet the importance of investing in mental health services, which was demonstrated by saying: Every US dollar invested in expanding treatment for depression achieves a return of 5 dollars, and every dollar invested in Drug addiction treatment, up to $ 7 USD lowered costs of repercussions for crime.

She indicated that the World Health Organization’s celebration of the World Mental Health Day, which is held on October 10 every year, this year comes in an exceptional circumstance due to the outbreak of the Corona pandemic.
