Global Custom Mod Team True Stalker announced the release. Self modification available not only the owners of the original STALKER: Call of Pripyat, and players will enjoy a completely new story and journey through the summer Zone.
True Stalker takes place some time after the events of Call of Pripyat. At the center of the plot is a new hero, a young stalker nicknamed Ax, “Axe”. He had been to the Zone more than once, but had never delved into dangerous locations. But now he finally understands that nothing holds him in the outside world, and decides to foray into distant territories.
Players are promised a set of fully voiced new characters, story cutscenes and, in some cases, options for choosing paths to take. We have to travel around the Zone, explore the territories, participate in shootouts, encounter mystical events and creatures inhabiting the Chernobyl exclusion zone.
In True Stalker we will be able to explore 13 locations. Some migrated from Call of Pripyat, although their appearance has changed noticeably, because the mod takes place in the summer. There are also completely new territories among them. The creators changed the interface and added a new soundtrack.
Let us remind you that the creators of Call of Pripyat are now working on STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and its release should take place in early 2024.
