Mexico City. Empresas Globales, an organization that represents the interests of 63 transnational firms, ratified Altagracia Gómez, who is coordinator of the Business Advisory Council for the government of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, its commitment to making the next federal administration successful.
The group, led by Manuel Bravo, met with the next official to express that the companies that claim to be responsible for 40 percent of the foreign direct investment that comes to the country will maintain their support in Mexico, because they believe in its economic potential.
“We want to contribute to the success of the new administration, adding our voices, experiences and knowledge as international economic operators,” said Empresas Globales through a series of messages published on the X social network.
With the presence of Gómez, the organization expressed its interest in the agenda of the Business Advisory Council, but it was emphasized that Global Companies seek how to support issues such as regional development, future technologies, supply chains, social impact and sustainability.
“With creative, committed and empathetic leadership, we can promote fair and inclusive economic development,” said the group of executives of transnational companies that operate in national territory.
The Global Companies insisted that they are in Mexico to build a “strong and prosperous” nation, for this they generated a proposal of 20 ideas, encompassed in five guiding axes, to promote growth and reduce inequality in the country.
