Callisto Protocol was one of the most anticipated games, but its market debut did not go smoothly: not only was the game not well received by the international press, but some versions of the game entered the market with various technical problems.
In particular, serious problems arose with the PC version of The Callisto Protocol, prompting Steam users to review Bombing. However, Striking Distance Studios immediately got to work fixing all the reported technical issues, and following the release of the initial PC-specific update, the first update for The Callisto Protocol on consoles was released, fixing bugs, crashes, and frame rate issues.
The game director, Glen Scofield himself, took the opportunity to assure all players of his team’s readiness to resolve any problems that arose.
“We are listening. We will continue to communicate and keep you updated. We want you to play the way we intended it,” says Scofield, hinting that new fixes may be arriving in the near future to ensure that users can enjoy the brutal horror to the fullest.
