Frankfurt – Eintracht Frankfurt made it to second place in the German Bundesliga on Saturday. Oliver Glasner’s team celebrated a 3-0 home win against Schalke and, thanks to the better goal difference, are ahead of SC Freiburg, who lost 6-0 at VfL Wolfsburg. Patrick Wimmer scored a goal and provided an assist for the “Wolves”. There were also home wins for Union Berlin (3-1 against Hoffenheim) and Bochum (3-1 against Hertha). Stuttgart and Mainz drew 1-1.
