In the complaint, they argued that Glas He was a victim of “kidnapping” and “very serious mistreatment” at the time of his arrest at the Mexico’s embassy. The arrest was ordered by the president Daniel Noboa considering that there was an alleged risk of flight in light of the arrest warrant against him.
