The Governor of Giza, Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, said that the government officially began handing over the residential buildings that were heavily damaged as a result of the fire​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​in Al-Ahram Studio in Omraniya district This came after the government had completed everything comprehensive restoration work for the damaged buildings, and these works were also done based on the special work of Dr.

Delivery of residential units after renovation

The Governor of Giza indicated the successful delivery of two residential buildings, the first located at 85 Khatam Al-Morsalin Street and the second at 11 Al-Galaa Street, after the restoration, strengthening and finishing works necessary to complete, including painting the facades to improve the appearance of the buildings.

The Governor instructed the Director of the Housing Directorate, in coordination with the implementing company, to intensify efforts to renovate three additional buildings as soon as possible, as part of his efforts to speed up the rehabilitation process. Damaged itemsHe also emphasized the importance of quickly restoring public facilities in these buildings to ensure that housing units are delivered to citizens on the specified dates without any delay.
