Giving bad reviews on hotels, direct tourists “Stuck” for life

Husband and wife are not satisfied Hotel they occupy. They also give really bad reviews on travel sites.

Quoted by Mirror, Monday (10/24/2022) this married couple stayed at the Bonham Hotel, Edinburgh, England. They said they had been there many times over the years.

But this time they were really annoyed. This couple wrote a review of the hotel via Trip Advisor.

“We had a terrible experience upon arrival, some of the staff at the entrance were useless and unpleasant,” he wrote.

The wife added that the staff member was rude and uncooperative, resulting in a herbal fight. Already annoyed to the core, they finally left the hotel.

Also in the comment column, the wife explained that they were greeted in a friendly and courteous way at the hotel next door. Instead of apologizing, their comments were “overturned” by the general manager Hotel.

“As explained yesterday, we do not accept verbal abuse and swearing on our staff, which is completely unacceptable in any environment. I fear this means that we cannot welcome you on this visit or on future visits,” the manager wrote.

“I am glad that you have managed to find alternative accommodation that is more suitable for this trip and you will not have to return in the future,” continued the manager.

The Bonham Hotel has an average rating of 4.5 stars from over 2,000 reviews on Tripadvisor. Comment ‘wars’ like this are practically rare between guests and parties Hotel.
