Two years ago, it became known that comedian profile Martin Lepperød (28) and P3 profile Adelina Ibishi were to take over the baton for the popular morning show on P3 after Ronny Brede Aase, Silje Nordnes and Markus Neby resigned.
– Too early
But after two years, it’s over for Lepperød.
– I will not quit for any other reason than that it is a little too early for me, says Lepperød to P3.
The comedian admits that he gives in with a heavy heart.
– It’s the dream job! Had it started a little later in the day, I could have had that job forever, he further explains.
Must continue in P3
Lepperød will continue in his job as program manager until the end of February. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
Before Christmas, it also became known that Lepperød will end the podcast he has had with his friends and comedians Josef Jonis and Henrik Farley.
To the website, however, he says that despite giving up on P3 morning, he will continue to work with radio and TV on NRK and on P3.
