Continuing the development of the largest jewelry retail network in the Baltics, GIVEN Jewelery signed an agreement in November of this year for the purchase of 100% shares of the luxury brand jewelry retail network Grenardi and its subsidiary in Estonia, Grenardi Group Estonia. The combined group of companies will henceforth be called Grenardi Group.
The largest part of the transaction will be financed with the financing of the current owners of the company, as part of the transaction, the Group’s share capital will also be increased by 6,200,000 euros. The exact amount of the transaction will be determined at the time of completion of the transaction, which is planned for December 1 of this year.
