The ten-week online mindful parenting course starts on January 8th, running on Wednesdays with slots from both 10:00 am to 11:15 am and 8:00 pm to 9:15 pm. the course costs €119, with an option of an additional €79 for a two-person booking to include parents, carers, co-parents, or special guardians.
