Evening courses⁣ run from January 7th on Tuesdays‍ from 8:00 pm to 9:15‍ pm. These courses cost €89, with an early bird special of €79 when booked⁣ before‌ December ⁢15th.

The ten-week online mindful⁤ parenting⁤ course starts on January 8th, running​ on Wednesdays with ⁤slots from both 10:00 am to 11:15 am and 8:00 pm to⁤ 9:15 pm. the course⁢ costs ⁤€119, with an option of an​ additional‌ €79 for‌ a two-person booking ​to include parents, carers, co-parents, or special guardians.
