Given its general interest, both for the municipality and for the territory, in terms of industrial, economic development and jobs (the company projects a need for 200 employees by 2030), Pugnacais elected officials have thus validated unanimously, the compatibility of its PLU.

“The Symbiose company extension project required the classification of plots ZN 22, 26 and 27, currently in zone A, in zone UY. The public inquiry took place from August 23 to September 22 inclusive. At the end of the conclusions dated October 22, the investigating commissioner issued a favorable opinion on the project of the extension of the Symbiose company and on the compatibility of the local urban planning plan of the municipality to carry it out. , indicated Mayor Jean Roux, during the last municipal council.

“It is a company full of promise which will become a flagship of the region. This is very good news for employment,” he said. The file has been available to the public at the town hall since November 17 for one month.

Concerning the energy restoration of the village hall and after explanations of the modifications established and the plans designed by Cosyns architect, the new project was approved by the elected officials. “Modifications were made in particular for financial reasons, knowing that the removal of photovoltaic panels reinforces the stability of the built structure. » The building permit will therefore be submitted as is.
