This Thursday, February 2, 2023, a man, summoned for driving without a licensewent to car at the police station Bourg (Gironde). He was arrested again the following day, in a new vehicle, and sentenced to jail.
Arrested three times
In November 2022, the Bourg gendarmerie arrested a man driving without assurance, without license and under the use of narcotics. Summoned this Thursday, February 2, 2023, he then went to the gendarmerie and “parked his vehicle next to the brigade. »
Never two without three… Although his car was confiscated, the man was caught driving, the next day and for the third time. Again placed in jail and this other vehicle was seized again.
Five months in prison
The gendarmerie confirms that the man was “sentenced to five months jail“, this Monday, February 6, 2023. He also receives a fine of 250 euros and the obligation to retake his driving license.
A repeat offender, he has already been sentenced to six months in jail suspended sentence for other facts and never surrendered to his previous summonses.
