A six-year-old girl was attacked on Thursday evening by two rottweilers in Kaatsheuvel in Brabant. She was so wounded that she was taken to hospital by trauma helicopter.
In an attempt to pry the girl out of the dogs’ grip, one of the rottweilers has died, police report Twitter.
The owner of the dogs helped free the girl, with help from rushed local residents, writes Broadcasting Brabant.
It is not clear whether the dogs were on a leash. It is also not clear what will happen to the second, still living dog.
